There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The family-oriented home features bright and functional furnishings, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a double-story home, it is designed to entertain families and offers sweeping mountain views from the upstairs living area and deck. Downstairs, you'll find an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, a lounge, and an indoor braai. Bedroom 1 is located downstairs and includes a queen bed with a full en-suite bathroom for added privacy.

Upstairs, bedrooms 2 and 3 feature queen beds and have direct access to a sunny TV lounge and deck with spectacular mountain views. One of these bedrooms has a shower en-suite. Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed, making it perfect for children. There is a full bathroom to share upstairs.

For added security, the home is fitted with an alarm system, and there's secure parking for two vehicles in a garage. An outside shower and wash area allow you to rinse off the salty ocean after your beach excursions.

**RENTAL INFORMATION**
- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.
- An exit cleaning fee will apply.
- Water and electricity are included in the rental (Terms & Conditions apply).

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent to confirm availability.
- Rentals are for short stays only; inquiries for long-term rentals will not be responded to.
- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).
- Rentals during December/January are not available.
- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner grants an exception, a pet cleaning fee will apply.
- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
