- Monthly rentals during December/January will not be considered.
- Rental and amenities fees must be paid for the booked period or at least 7 days in advance.
- Strictly no pets. If the owner grants permission, a pet cleaning fee will apply.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided; no spare linen or towels are provided.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guest must log into their own Netflix & DSTV accounts.
- Maximum of 6 guests.
- Strictly no smoking inside.
- No access to the garage.
