There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The short-stay studio is located in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Jan Rabie Tidal Pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Studio 2 @ 1 is a dream come true, ideally located within walking distance of Onrus Trading Post with grocery stores and a restaurant. The studio provides all the essentials, so you only need to bring your suitcases and braai wood. The patio features a seating area and a communal portable braai for outdoor enjoyment. Inside, you can relax and entertain yourself with amenities such as DSTV and Fiber. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, and a gas stove, giving you the flexibility to cook or barbecue and savor a cold beer while watching the sunset.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is filled with natural light and offers a spacious and seamless flow. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and has access to a wheelchair-friendly bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and its own en-suite shower for added privacy. Both rooms are equipped with built-in cupboards, providing ample space for longer stays.

Secure parking is available for one vehicle behind a gate. The property is equipped with a backup power supply to ensure essential amenities remain operational during load-shedding.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / Alarm
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least once a month.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
* The property may be shared with the owners or other guests, with separate private entrances for each unit.
* Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
* Garage access is not available.
* There is no washing machine on the property; guests are required to use a local laundromat.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
*One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
*Strictly no pets are permitted.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.

**General**
