Studio Gold is located in the heart of Vermont, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 15-minute walk, you can reach Davies tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or a longer stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

The studio itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance of the Onrus Trading Post. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light and provide seamless flow to the bedroom. Furnished practically and colorful for easy use. Studio Gold has a full kitchen with oven / stove and dishwasher making longer stays convenient. In the lounge a big SmartTV where guest can log in to their own Netflix and DSTV. Fiber is available with a UPS so you will always be connected.

The studio has one bedroom with a queen bed, built-in cupboards, and an en-suite shower. For added convenience, parking right in front of the unit.

**RENTAL INFORMATION**
- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.
- An exit cleaning fee will apply.
- Water and electricity are included in the rental (Terms & Conditions apply).

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**
- Contact the agent to confirm availability.
- Rentals are for short stays only; inquiries for long-term rentals will not be responded to.
- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).
- Rentals during December/January are not available.
- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.
- No pets are allowed.
- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- No washing machine available, guests must make use of a laundromat.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Garage access is not available.
- The property might be shared with a long-term tenant with a separate entrance to the main house.
