Hi there, I'm Magda Hennings, and I've got an interesting career story to share with you. My journey began many years ago in a bank, where I worked as a bond consultant. But it was during this time that my love for properties, especially the construction process, started to take root.

Around 20 years ago, I transitioned into a role as a bond originator with HPD Bond Facilitators. It was a fascinating shift for me. But, as time went by, the world of bond originating started to change, and eventually, it was phased out. So, I decided to explore a different avenue and joined HPD Construction, where my path took a new direction.

Working with HPD Construction was an eye-opener. I got to see what goes on behind the scenes in a construction company, the kind of stuff that happens in the office and not just on the building site. What's really cool is that it allowed me to develop a unique skill: I learned to see things in three dimensions. Now, you might wonder, "What's the big deal about that?" Well, it's a big deal because this ability helps me sell properties that are still in the planning stage. I can look at a construction plan and know exactly how it'll turn out in real life.

During my time with the Dormehl Phalane Property Group, I had the opportunity to be part of some exciting property deals. I helped sell a few properties in distress, which means I was able to assist people who needed to sell their homes for various reasons. It's quite a challenging but rewarding part of the job.

I also got involved in selling six properties that were still in the planning stages in a Bedfordview development. These were what we call "off plan" sales. I was able to help people visualize their future homes even before they were built. It's kind of like being part of the creative process, helping people see what their dream homes could be.

In addition to off-plan properties, I also worked on selling second-hand properties. These are homes that have had previous owners and have already been built. It's a different experience from off-plan sales, but it's just as exciting because each property has its own unique story.

So, that's my journey from the world of banking to becoming a real estate expert. I've learned a lot along the way and found joy in helping people make one of the most important decisions of their lives – finding the perfect place to call home.
