Marianne qualified as a Property Practitioner in Johannesburg in 2002. She worked as a residential selling agent for two well-known agencies in Sandton before joining Fine & Country International Realty in Bryanston in 2005. At Fine & Country, Marianne won national and regional sales awards regularly. She continues to operate and reside in Bryanston.
As a highly-experienced and successful agent in the Bryanston community, Marianne has built a solid track-record and reputation, with an extensive knowledge of the suburb, and multiple repeat sellers and buyers over many years. She is a senior among her peers and has trained newer agents.
“I really enjoy the work I do - it is varied, interesting, sometimes challenging, and I am always a keen learner. I just have a heart for the business. It is a privilege and an honour to serve my sellers - to understand their needs, reassure them, put in the hard work, and deliver great sales results for them” she says.
Marianne says that her work ethic is built on honesty, trust, professionalism and developing caring and positive relationships with her clients. “The responsibility that I take on with my buyers and sellers is always top-of-mind. I walk them through every step of the process, advising and assisting throughout – from pre-mandate, marketing, offers, negotiation, closing, through to registration of transfer and beyond. Buying or selling a home or property is a very important step in anyone’s life. My goal is to make it a pleasant, smooth, rewarding and memorable experience for my wonderful clients.” she says.
Marianne continues her professional real estate development with on-going training and networking. She has been an active participant in many Bryanston community initiatives over the years, and currently hosts two Bryanston community groups.
