I gave Rynhard van Schaik an exclusive mandate on my property at Greenways Country Estate, Strand. The mandate was for a period of 3 months and he felt he could sell the property within that period. Not only did he introduce the buyer and sell the property, but registration was effected within the period of the mandate.
