Sean Moffatt

Sean Moffatt entered the property market over twenty years ago and worked his way up through the positions from a student, foreman, site agent, contracts manager, contracts director, and then director of marketing and new projects. He has served on the KwaZulu-Natal Master Builders Association as President and thereafter as the youngest President of M.B.A South Africa.

Sean has developed numerous major commercial and residential projects in KZN and decided to merge his expert product knowledge in the property industry and his enthusiasm for real estate into a new business which he partnered with Joan Ridl.

Sean provides his Clients with a well-informed, honest, and trustworthy interaction as he guides them through the process of buying and selling property, most often in his own projects, and his outstanding success record is due to the strong relationships he has built over the years with fellow Developers, Investors, Homeowner's and his wide circle of good friends.
