I am a Property Practitioner with Seeff Properties Centurion since August 2021, working in Blue Valley Golf and Country Estate as an intern (registered with the EAAB). During this time, I have been managing over 4 residential properties within my allocated environment. I was initially registered as an Estate Agent with one of the Property companies in Johannesburg in 2004 (Gilbert Estate) and later focused on the permanent work at the Human Science Research Council.
I worked in the following organisations that increase my knowledge of the environment that I’m currently working on:
• University as a research admin officer where I was working with academics and also presenting at conferences.
• Worked at the National Research Foundation as a research officer dealing with funding of projects and institution on academic initiatives
• Worked as an educator teaching at a local High School
• Worked for Gilbert Estate in 2004 in the Midrand area
The above experience has increased my knowledge in sates management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting of which are fundamental requirements for the property industry.
