I have a natural calling for customer service and intuitively knows what type of property my client is looking for, even if they haven’t described it fully yet. I also deliver my service with best communication so that all parties involved, know what’s going on and how the process is going. My ability to observe what my clients needs are and listening to their wants has definitely bring me a few successful deals. I was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are a big part of me. When I have clients that is looking for something specific I will definitely go that extra mile to find it for them. This way I earn trust and they will definitely offer my services to the next people they know that wants to buy a house or even put their property in the market to sell.
If a home owner crosses my path and trusts me to successfully sell their property the soonest possible, I advertise this property the best of my ability. I use various platforms and social media to advertise so that more people can reach and see this house.
My love for sales in real estate came from childhood when I would go with my aunt to show houses and taking out clients for viewing properties for sales and rentals. Since then I knew that it is something I want to do in my future.
I never got an opportunity to pursue my dreams because I always lived in a small town but after I moved to Lydenburg in 2020 I got the opportunity to become part of Lydenburg’s Seeff team and never looked back. I realized that I couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s why I always make sure to give my everything possible when assisting my clients.
