Born and bred in the East Rand, Vivien and her family decided at the end of 2021 it was time for a change and after months of searching, the picturesque town of Franschhoek was the winning end destination. Fittingly, as Vivien’s life philosophy is captured in one of her favourite quotes: "Often when you think you’re at the end of something, you’re at the beginning of something life changing…"
Vivien completed her studies in law at the University of Pretoria and graduated in 1992 after which she embarked on her legal career. It’s here as a clerk in the firm’s conveyancing department that she discovered her love for the property industry. After eight years specializing in conveyancing, she finally took the bold step and moved into the property industry starting off as a Candidate Property Practitioner at her family’s property firm. Soon after, Vivien decided that it’s time to spread her wings even wider and she opened her own property firm in Boksburg in 2003, which grew from strength to strength.
On relocating to Franschhoek she made a bold choice to join the Seeff property team in the Franschhoek office as Non-Principal Property Practitioner bringing along a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her ability to understand the needs of both buyers and sellers combined with her years of industry experience will benefit all and ensure success for all parties. Something that lies extremely close to her heart is being involved in the local community where she conducts her day to day business. She hopes to bring joy and happiness to everyone that she meets in her new home town – Franschhoek.
