I joined Seeff Properties in October 2021 as a Property Consultant (registered with EAAB with full status Agent) and working in the Centurion office in City of Tshwane. I am a Seeff property Practictioner in Blue Valley Golf and Country Estate. I am currently managing four properties in my territory and building more relationship with buyers and sellers
Prior to joining Seeff, I worked for the State-Owned company in a middle Management position looking after some government departments. My role includes management of the departmental needs and growing the business. This includes looking at the trends and advising on modernization while maintaining the operation and managing the revenue and budgeting. The main focus was on business negotiation and advising the departments in line with their operational needs.
I started the Estate property consulting in 2004 in one of the organizations in Gauteng while working for the State Company. I was assigned the Midrand area as my working territory where I managed various residential properties. I subsequently took a break to focus on the other work due to the high demands that included lot of travelling.
I initially registered with the EAAB in 2004 and have the post graduate degree in business Management that enable me to offer professional advice to my clients. I am also keeping myself abreast with the market development like the changes in legislation to ensure that one is up to date with the ever-changing environment. This includes the use of latest technologies and evaluation of properties. Communication skills is one of the tools that I have and able to communicate with all stakeholder. For any property needs, I am a go to person
